Kettlewell to Skipton

Nice late start this Sunday The support crew dropped us off at 10am in Kettlewell. We left them with the Oasis Cd that was free in the Sunday Times. Katie the true rock and roller Sunny's on, Nats is more interested in the baby bells. The girls then went off to spend the day shopping / ironing / cleaning and nagging someone else for a change ahhhhhh PEACE!

Here is the team at the start on the walk. I'm the one in the trailtrekker t-shirt and map book. Martin is the one in shades practicing his humping for when he gets on the moors and Dave (Yes Dave does exist) is in the England cricket top.
Quiet and uneventful walk no falls to report and a steady 3 miles and hour. We followed the dales way over to Coniston then over the moors to Hetton, on to Flasby then a return to the woods than nearly cost martin his life finishing with a steady walk to Skipton.
Just over 18 miles the walk was quiet and easy one but I don't think it will be that easy in the dark and having done 45 miles beforehand.
Just a small walk next week with it being Mothers day and all that. Then the team are going to the Great outdoor show at the NEC. Then we tackle the biggest walk yet a 40 miler! Chirs the 4th member of the team is travelling up from London especially.
